For essay style questions, this is the general recommended layout:

1. A short introduction (one or two sentences)
2. Four main points or aspects (which answer the question
   1. One paragraph each
   2. Two or three examples/quotes/references in each paragraph to back up the point
3. A short conclusion (one or two sentences)
